Lindsay and her staff have been extremely wonderful! My husband and I were 8 hours out of town when someone hit our parked car leaving us stranded. Although we were offered a rental to return home, we knew we’d eventually have to return to get it back anyway so we stayed. Lindsay she rushed our claim, had an adjuster our quickly, to a repair shop to fix our axle and alignment, and home within the week. Once we returned home, we still had some exterior damage to take care of and we picked right back up where we left off getting the rest taken care of. She made us feel and taken care of, even that far from home. I never felt like an inconvenience even though I was messaging her daily! She tried to get us reimbursed for as much as possible given that we were traveling. I’m so reassured that my family and our property are in good hands and would recommend this branch and these amazing people to anyone. The app is super friendly for people like me that don’t always understand insurance and making claims. We will be customers of theirs for the foreseeable future!!
