Doing business with Lindsay is as easy as having a conversation with a long time friend. Thank you Lindsay!! **update 9/17/25 The wonderful people at my State Farm agent's office are looking out for my bottom line and passing along savings on my premiums to me. In a day and age where everything seems to be getting more expensive, it is nice to see a notice that my cost has decreased! Thank you to the folks at Lindsey's office, esp. Sarah Donner! **Update 5/22/26** Just booked an insurance checkup with Lindsay and her office. She and her staff are great to work with and look out for their clients. They are still earning the five star and more! It is within their culture to be the best agents and representatives that they can be for the consumer. Now, if we could just get politicians to work so hard for us!"

"Really enjoyed working with the agent but recently there has been several pain points! Calling on a Friday gets you a message they are busy assisting customers, but it is during office hours. Then the following Monday you get text messages instead of returned phone calls. Three days prior to spoke with someone (Sallie) but there was no follow up and no response. Ultimately, with the advice of some from others help we found we were grossly overpaying State Farm! I can prove this and show details but at the end of the day we were paying a ridiculous amount of money more than competitors. I really enjoyed the agent and working with the agent was always awesome. But some of the office staff just isn’t helpful in thinking that 4 days for a reply is not ok. Sad to see things go downhill."
